I was born and raised on Hvar and love to share my knowledge and stories while showing you the beauty of my hometown and its surroundings. I prefer to do personalised tours for couples or smaller groups so that the experience can be customised to your needs, and to avoid the crowds. I don’t just take you to where you want to go, I also offer knowledge about the area, its history, and culture – if you’re interested. And I share my family’s life and traditions, from having lived on the islands for hundreds of years, such as how we fish or take care of our olive groves.
Here are examples of what I can do for you:
Island hopping around Hvar
There are so many beautiful places around Hvar and I know the area like the back of my hand. We can visit several of the smaller islands, find local restaurants or bars, hidden swimming spots or places to go scuba diving or cliff jumping. In only a few hours you can visit well known locations like Palmizana beach or the Pakleni otoci and still find time to swim alone in a bay and have lunch in a local restaurant serving fresh fish directly from the sea.
Private trips to famous attractions
Do you want to go where the crowds go but on a private boat and when it suits you? I can take you to the blue and green cave at Vis, Stiniva beach, Zlatni rat on Bol and many other destinations. When you decide it is time to go home, we can make additional stops for coffee or a swim or more sightseeing if you are up for that.
Safe transfers to airport and other major islands
Did you know I can take you directly from Split airport to Hvar, or vice versa, in only about an hour? This will save you from travelling half a day on catamarans and buses or taxis, avoiding crowds and the heat. I will pick you up or leave you on a pier only a ten-minute walk from the airport and of course I can also arrange for a taxi to take or meet you there.
